Marcus D. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been hanging cabinets and squaring walls in Fresno for over sixteen years. He started in tract-home punch-out work, which means he’s seen every shortcut a production crew can take, and he refuses to repeat any of them. Marcus holds certifications in KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinet installation, and he’s the guy who catches the 1/8-inch discrepancy before it becomes a visible problem. His specialty is kitchen remodels where the existing walls aren’t plumb, which in Fresno’s older central neighborhoods is more rule than exception. Off the clock, Marcus restores vintage motorcycles, a hobby he says taught him patience for “things that don’t want to cooperate.”

Daniel has been with the Garrison Partners family since 2004, working across three different independently owned locations before landing in Fresno. He also brews a strong pot of coffee, which the crew insists is a job requirement.
Elena G. – Apprentice
Elena is the newest member of the Bradford team, and she earns her spot with a work ethic that doesn’t quit. She joined us eight months ago after completing trade coursework focused on residential construction systems. Under Marcus and Sarah’s supervision, Elena handles site prep, material staging, and the unglamorous but critical work of protecting floors, sealing off work zones, and keeping tools organized. She’s learning the rough-in process for kitchens and baths, and she’s already showing an instinct for the quiet details that make a finished space feel squared away. Elena was born in Fresno and grew up in the Fig Garden area, which means she understands how the valley heat affects everything from flooring materials to paint cure times.
